Fantastic- huge apartments, all bedrooms had so much space, bathrooms were great with amazing showers, the kitchen-lounge areas spacious and well equipped. The staff need a big shout out - the lift was out of order, they stayed late for us (as we broke down on our way to Newcastle) they stayed behind to help us carry our cases to our 4 rooms and had put a bottle of fizz, chocolates, snacks and milk in each apartment as a gesture of apology - they were so friendly and helpful. Great location and I would stay again and highly recommend.

The apartments was clean and big. However just the noise from outside. You could hear everything. The draft from the events came through.
