Rooms were well presented and fresh. The shower was amazing! Food selection for breakfast was varied, so there was plenty of choice. Car parking spaces were tight and would have been a bonus if parking could have been complimentary, as I have experienced in similar hotels.

Hotel was lovely but had to wait for over an hour due to some of the rooms being cancelled,

Hotel was great and staff was really helpful. On arrival my name wasn't even on the list and there was only 5 rooms for 10 people and there was 11 of us!! someone from your company cancelled 2 rooms instead of 1. It took around an hour to sort this out as it was proving difficult to contact someone from your company. So hotel gets the 5 stars but initial thoughts on your company were not good!!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was. Staff were very friendly . They even called me to let me know I had forgot my phone charger. The breakfast was lovely too.

The hotel was lovely, beds, showers etc were great. the main issue here was when we arrived and what we had requested from you had not been provided. A hen party should not have to stand and mess about with room etc. They told us to book direct and that is what we would do next time.
