Massage was lovely. Timings/organisation from chilli sauce organiser were shocking though - due to finish last treatment at 5.40 and then to be at cocktail making 2miles away at 6pm. Treatment schedule was sent through last minute so we were unable to change anything.

Couldn’t fault the company and lady. But chilli sauce didn’t organise enough time for everyone in our group to be pampered before the next event that chilli sauce organised. Paperwork wasn’t sent to us either so we had to get it from the pampering company personally.

This is expensive, and a beautician dropped out on the Friday adding stress. The replacement, Joanne, was great though. They did have problems finding the car park which again felt stressful and meant a later start. The timetable also needed re-jigging to enable makeup to be applied following a facial before we headed out, but Joanne and Helen were very accommodating and shortened the slots with each hen to enable this but it was a shame we had to do this when the treatments were so expensive - don't think the hens noticed though and were all happy with their treatments in the end.
