great ! comfy ,clean , good breakfast and really friendly staff .

The hotel was clean and pleasant to stay in, but some rooms had very limited views, my room was next to a generator so that was quite noisy. However, the beds were comfy!

The accommodation was great, it was quite noisy outside being so close to a street with lots of bars on but earplugs were provided so I didn't lose any sleep. Fab location close to everything you need.

Convenient location, comfortable. Unfortunately a lot of building work going on next door, so quite noisy in the morning (hotel did provide ear plugs, however). Food lovely!

The accommodation itself was perfect for what we needed, the bathroom was nice and clean with a good shower and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was lovely and much needed after a night out. The selection was really good and freshly prepared. The staff at the hotel's check in were fairly rude when we got there as there had been a mistake made by Chilli Sauce and they were quite unhelpful I found. The queue for check in was also ridiculous with only two people checking in the groups.

This was fantastic, very professional staff, rooms very clean and breakfast was very varied and well presented and the breakfast staff very attentive

It would have rated the full 5 stars had it not been for the lengthy and awkward check in experience. Until arrival we had not been made aware that we needed to add details of a debit/credit card for each room to the value of £25. To save time my daughter Alison who organised the event put the total of £325 on her own card. She was told it could be up to 10 days to get reimbursed...this is disgusting. Also only 2 of the 3 bedded rooms were available. Breakfast was amazing as were the rooms.
