Picked us up exactly where we asked them to as we had moved out of our apartment and dropped us out side the airport where we needed to be

After we’d arranged to get the pickup from the spa rather than the apartment (where we’d checked out of 7 hours earlier and they didn’t have a luggage room) the pick up was good!
