Lovely staff lovely food

Great meal!

Well organised and service all together in a big group but charged a service charge for a large group when we’d paid upfront.

The restaurant was very accommodating and did well for such a large group. Food was good 👍🏼

The staff were lovely, food was great (although a couple of pre-ordered mains weren’t available). It was relaxed and very enjoyable

Food was lovely. Few things that had been ordered were not available, staff were a little clueless around the drink situation, spent way longer in there than expected

This was a lovely meal, however, a number of the party chose a main course which was no longer available. We were told on arrival to choose something else, which is not a problem. I do feel there could have been more communication between Chill & the restaurant. I (as the organiser) kept being asked questions all night regarding who was having what, how payment was to be made, etc. (someone from the restaurant did know that you, Chilli, would be paying on behalf of the group as payment had been made to yourselves). We were also told it was prosecco only, draught beer and mocktails were not included, but they were very accommodating and allowed this. It also took a long time for things to get started and to sort the Dairy Free requirements. Cannot fault the meal or staff who were accommodating.

They didn't know that we had prepaid and had a package deal which was frustrating but quickly resolved by our excellent server
