The staff at hotel where rude , but the lady who did it was lovely

Great lady (Jenny) mix up at the venue (Novetel) rude staff trying to make us buy 10 bottles of Prosecco although it was a Sunday morning and we were supposed to receive a glass on arrival. When Jenny arrived she solved the issue.
