Could not fault the hotel all staff polite and friendly happy to help. Only bad thing is that we had to pay a £100 deposit per which we were not informed about

The hotel was lovely but nobody warned us about £100 deposit we had leave per room which left us strapped for cash it isn't made clear on the site as much as they told us

Hotel was fantastic, though it lost stars due to the location and lack of parking.

The accommodation was satisfactory. I did not go to breakfast 10.00 is an early finish.

Good location and the staff were really helpful and generous. They were accomodating to our party when we arrived and provided free prosecco! The only thing that let it down was the rooms were incredibly hot. The hotel was on a busy roundabout so couldn't leave windows open overnight and the AC wasn't very good. But overall very good.

This was more serious than anticipated and although I enjoyed it in the end I think it was sold as more informal/fun event than it was supposed to be.

I have to say the Hotel was lovely, very clean, staff very friendly, room very well equipped, bathroom good size and very clean, a very pleasant stay. Breakfast on Sunday morning was fantastic, couldnt have done better myself and would have loved to stay another night.

The accommodation was lovely, beds were comfortable, breakfast am was perfect.

Not good at all. Nothing was set up. The naked butler just stood there wasn't very entertaining wasn't what we expected. All the table cloths and food was brought in at 12.15 with no tea! Waited ages for the tea.

Hotel Staff friendly however HUGE mess up on the rooms as chilli sauce booked trike instead of doubles/twins as requested! When we arrived we had no room!! But rest of the party shuffled around! Was not happy at all!
