massive room, clean an good facilities,, however they shut the bar too early

Nice hotel, however we weren’t told we needed to book to use the pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi. As a hen do and a group of us we then struggled to get in. Obviously on a hen do we have other things planned and booked so only had certain times to use the facilities. We also never had slippers or a dressing gown like everyone else did.

Excellent accommodation, breakfast beyond expectations, staff very friendly and helpful, location good but needed taxis to get into York.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast was nice. The only negative I would say is that we spent a lot over the weekend getting taxis ibto the town centre, but apart from that we couldn't fault it.
