Bristol is a great destination for beer-lovers, with a lively mix of traditional and modern pubs and clubs, most of them serving an eclectic range of local beers from the city’s own breweries. For this reasons you really can't go wrong booking a stag weekend in Bristol.

With so many different pubs to check out, we’ve narrowed it down to some of the most loved establishments. Starting from Stokes Croft, the city’s cultural and artistic hub, and walking down to city centre and waterfront, where you can either end the night with a takeaway, or carry on the party to nearby clubs.

The Pipe & Slippers

Before Stokes Croft became a popular locale, The Pipe & Slippers has been offering some of the best food and drink in the area. It’s a classic and cosy pub, with dimmed lights, vintage 1950s furniture, armchairs and a fireplace with a real homely feel. There’s a great selection of drinks, from draught ales to ciders, premium lagers and even cocktails like the infamous Pipe Dream.
