Step into the role of 'brewer', and spend the day cooking up a 1000L batch of beer. This is no tour, as you get fully involved in every stage of the process while learning the delicious science behind it. You’ll be kept hydrated throughout the day, with complimentary beer as well as lunch. Once the day is over, take away a case of the beer you brewed; either from pre-made stock or come back in a fortnight and to grab the very batch mixed with your sweat, blood and tears.
