Location great. No running hot water in our room, nor the second room they tried. Had to eventually send me to an occupied room for a shower whilst most others braved a freezing cold one. They even told us how to 'resolve' the issue ourselves but I was specifically not to use my bare hands on the wires due to an electric shock hazard. A bit of a joke really, might be worth a follow up...? Most other things were satisfactory.
