Overview
This workshop runs over 3 hours where you will learn how to fold and make 4 authentic Chinese Dim Sum. You will be given step by step tuition through all the different stages required to make the perfect Dim Sum. Once all cooking is complete all the dishes are presented ready for judging and of course tasting.
