Self guided tour of the iconic seven floored brewery
Free pint of Guinness at rooftop
Overview
This Irish institution sits at the heart of the St James’s Gate Brewery, which has been producing the black stuff since 1759. The Storehouse itself dates back to 1904 and is built in the style of the Chicago School of Architecture. The story of Ireland’s most famous export unfolds across 7 floors as the museum snakes its way up to the Gravity Bar, a sprawling space where visitors can enjoy unparalleled views of Dublin whilst enjoying a freshly-poured pint.

The tour was good but was booked at 4pm. Dinner was at 7pm so we had to get ready for dinner before we went to the Guinness factory as we didn't have enough time to go back and get changed after. We all felt like we had to rush around it a bit to make sure we got to the restaurant on time.

Was worth doing, had to rush around though as had to be at next event soon after. Wanted to spend more time there.
