Yoga Class - At Your Accommodation

For Hens who prefer a little more Zen in their special weekend, this yoga class is the perfect antidote for any Bridezillas! Not only will it provide a lovely stretch, relaxation, and recovery after your journeys, it can also be fun and pretty hilarious! No experience is needed so don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before, your dedicated Yoga instructor will cater to all ages and experience. Will bring mats for your group size. After a quick introduction, you'll be taken through a few classic yoga postures to include breathing and stretching exercises. After you've stretched muscles you didn’t know existed, you will all relax in a final meditative lying down pose, to allow you to really de-stress and bounce back rejuvenated for the rest of your weekend! Classes can take place outdoors weather permitting.
