The Zorb balls without "windows" are almost impossible to see out of. The ones with windows are great. I think the concensous was the playing football without the Zorbs was almost as if not more enjoyable.

Personal preference, I didn't get the hang of this one. I'd suggest going through a live tutorial on how to shoot properly, instead of a lecture followed by jumping straight into it.

The Venue

Channel View Leisure Centre - Cardiff

Opened in 2002 Channel View Centre plays an integral part in the local community with it's excellent range of facilities. The fitness suite offers a number of cardio and resistance machines including cross trainers and treadmills. There is also a separate free weights section with a matted area.
