Overview

This is the perfect mid-weekend pick-me-up for a group that loves to chat. Start by basking in the deep, dry heat of the wood-fired sauna - the ultimate environment for a proper catch-up. Follow it up with a "brave it together" cold plunge that will leave your whole group buzzing with endorphins and laughter. With an hour of sauna time, you'll complete 3 or 4 cycles.
