Overview

The day starts with a safety briefing and expert tips from your qualified instructors before you get kitted out in all the relevant gear and head out onto the water. You’ll be split into groups of 8 per raft then it’s time to negotiate this Olympic-quality man-made course, paddling your way around the twists and turns, steering through slaloms and careering down the furious rapids.

Great fun, instructors were very accommodating and joined in with the banter. A couple more runs down the rapids and I would have given it full marks!
