Food was great however we were offended at being asked to be quiet, we were a hen party of ladies aged 23 to 56 years old. We were laughing and enjoying ourselves. Some noise is to be expected from a hen party of 18 ladies! Zizzis shouldn't take on such bookings if not prepared for loud laughter

The menu was somewhat limited but the food was good. I've always liked Zizzi's.

The food was good but the set menu was very basic with not a lot of options. They seemed to have too many hen parties booked in as we waited a long time for service and not all the meals came out at the same time.

They lost our booking so it delayed our night so that we didnt even get dessert. They did give us free 3 bottles of wine but that really wasnt the point as the Hen party was really stressed which isnt what we needed.

This was at Zizzi's, it was a set menu with a choice if 2 or 3 things which were varied enough so there was something for everyone. (I'm a fussy eater and I was fine). Food was lovely

We had problems as the restaurant had lost our booking and claimed that it hadn't been paid for - reported to Chilli Sauce in detail

When we got to the restaurant they didn't have our booking and due to this we missed a course. Why did chilli sauce not check?

Zizzi's were great, handled everything well even though they had not been paid. Could have done without the stress and embarrassment.

Meal itself was lovely however zizzi over looked the booking so had a half hour wait was very hot in there but the manager was very helpful and for free bottle for the tables the emergancy help line for chilli sauce was say every efficient and helpful to a group of 18 peps
