Staff couldn’t do enough for us, rooms were a little hot but overall couldn’t fault this hotel

Good to get your head down but breakfast wasn't the best and the rooms are so stuffy because window doesn't open, also not enough plug sockets or lights

Loved the hotel, breakfast was amazing and appreciated the late check out. My only issue is there was no air flow in the room.

Hotel was very nice we had issues with getting our breakfast on the first day we were told we were not on the list but after speaking to our reception it was sorted.

Hotel and rooms were lovely, maybe not as central as we would have hoped but great for liverpool 1 and spa facilities were a little dissapointing
