5★ NYX Hotel London Holborn

The hotel had a great atmosphere with the luxurious rooms and styles around the hotel and the breakfast was nice too. I loves the swimming pool and spa would have loved to of had more time there. I was disappointed that my party were told off for being a little loud at the bar even though we were at a hen due. I also was disappointed by the prices of the drinks and fridge in the rooms- we could have had more time in the bar of an evening with out party.

Lovely hotel, needed in the rooms information of what was included in the room amd hotel itself .Drinks expensive ,and the staff need to read the menu better. IT stated all spirits would be served at 50mls .I bought 2 vodkas 1 .orange juice, 1 diet coke .Tasted no vodka Spoke.to the bar staff well.it.cos the glasses are full with coke and ice I Said I know what a double taste like ..not this .Apparently they gave me a single and charged for a double Took ages to explain what was written in the menu .Still.don't think they got it .So quite annoyed with the charge for drinks .
