Rooms excellent but found some of the staff not happy.

This hotel was lovely. Great breakfast and very comfortable beds. Location was a plus as we're able to walk to most of the events.

Loved it! Big, comfy room and very well appointed. Just a bit of a shame there was such a muddle over room keys and their distribution at reception.

The Room we had for our stay that we paid for through yourselves was very good, some slight issues though, there were some problems with Key cards not working and twice there was no hot water. The location was excellent and I would definetly stay her again

From a person with coeliac disease & dairy allergy there was little to eat other then fruit and seeds. Great variety otherwise and the fruit was tasty.

This was a wonderful hotel and really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was fantastic the only downside was the breakfast staff were extremely slow and on both mornings waited a long time for tea and toast.
