The hotel was lovely but extra pillows in the room should be available. Also the hotel was very hot. And it wasn't made clear if you go up to the bar to order or wait to be served. Also the drinks were very expensive. No spa treatments were available.

Lovely hotel. Amazing breakfast, lovely spa. Helpful staff. Only let down by expensive bar which couldn't provide coffees or cocktails after 11.30 on Saturday night

Rooms were lovely, bed was comfy and staff were very friendly and helpful. Lost one star as there was a bad odour in the hotel lobby, smelt like drains

Beautiful room, helpful staff. They even remained calm whilst the hotel had to evacuate on the Sunday afternoon. Would 100% stay again

This hotel was fab, the staff were all so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious too! I had the pleasure of using the spa where robes, towels and complimentary slippers were provided. I will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel very clean but for some reason a lot of our party noticed a strange smell throughout the hotel. We think Possibly a drainage issue? Staff very helpful and food excellent.

Wow! Greeted with such friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was really good with a great selection to choose from. Bar staff were really friendly too as we're staff at breakfast. I asked at reception about a robe for the spa and one was sent to my room in no time at all. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and will definitely return. Wanted to stay longer.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in and James on reception was lovely. An asset to the hotel.
