The client brief:
Client brief: Vision Express asked us to organise conferences for their employees across the country and Ireland. The aim was to give their employees the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered by regional managers and operational directors.
Our thinking:
Our thinking: We organised conferences in different regions including: Dublin, London, Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh. We chose venues that would be accommodating to their employees such as: De Vere West One in London as it’s a large spacious venue and Vision Express wanted to accommodate 150 employees here. We made sure each venue was able to supply refreshment breaks in order to keep the day running smoothly and the employees satisfied.

Feedback: The conferences were a great success, employees were eager to have their questions answered by managers so that they could learn more about how Vision Express works as a company. The employees learnt lots of useful information whilst being very well looked after by the venues that Chillisauce chose.
