With Moonshiners' Gin Academies, you get to play distiller for the day and make your very own batch of gin. Over the course of a few hours, you’ll learn all about spirit making in a hands-on, relaxed environment.

You’ll pick your gin botanicals from our wide selection based on your personal taste preferences, then run your own distillation on an individual mini still, collecting the very best parts of the batch to take away with you.

It’s not all hard work, though - there are drinks throughout the experience, made using our own versions of the spirit you’ll be creating on the day. And if you fancy carrying on afterwards, there’s also an onsite bar for a few extra drinks.
