Standard rooms, good enough for what we needed, no change of towels which was a bit poor. 3 nights with the same towels. Not great really. Hot water ran out really quickly, no air con which wasn’t the end of the world. We were told we could put our. Bags in the safe room on arrival. The man on reception would not let us in so we couldn’t drop off. Poor customer service. Pool was good, albeit minging in the baby pool. Scum line was disgusting. Great atmosphere though. The cafe and bar area were great, lady behind the counter was really friendly. Thank you. Only slight issue was the pizza advertised on the wall wasn’t even available. 😂
The day time staff were faultless, one of The two barmaids were outstanding, the day time manager was a god blessing. The night time reception dude was grumpy, but fair. The accommodation was clean, everyone paid cash deposits €50 pp, everyone also got their deposits back. Pool was basic and no inflatables aloud, you also had to pay €1.5 per lounger, but again great facility and clean pool toilets also. Would definitely recommend this place to others for location also.
