Lovely city

Riga was lovely, much nicer than I thought it might be, especially the areas with the bars. The old town is lovely and the food we ate was very well priced for its quality. Would definitely return in future

Great place

Nice enough city that has a great nightlife. There were some beautiful buildings in areas but on the whole I felt it was generally a bit run down and not looking as good as it could. Glad I've been bit wouldn't rush back.

Expensive food and drinks, roads and paths not safe to navigate

Really good place to visit. Felt very safe and welcome. Only thing, do not get taxis, two friends got told to tap their cards and got charged over €250 for a €4 tip and two of us got charge around €50 in cash on the first night, again for what we found out should have been around €4. We all downloaded the bolt app and would highly recommend doing that to anyone visiting

Cool city

Beautiful destination. People are really nice, city is a lot of fun especially the e-scooters. Old town was a great drinking area
