Guided Bar Crawl

The guide was spot on and knowledgeable. made it personal to the group. We were given options for the final place to ensure we had a good time. She ensured we were left in the last place with directions to get to others, and back to the train stations.

Everything ChilliSauce planned for us this weekend was absolutely seamless. Directions, organisation and ease was great. Everything was easy to find, all the activities were fun. Highly recommended.

Good bar crawl at the pace we wanted rather than rushed

B was fantastic putting up with us and took us to some fantastic clubs.

Great guide and some great choices of bars . Useful if you don’t know Berlin

Berlin has some great bars, some were better than others but the guide had some decent local knowledge.

Well arranged, the group turned up a bit late and the bars were a mixed bunch, some good, some less so. Worth doing, though unfortunately only covered a small part of Berlin.

Decent bars.

The only point of this is having guaranteed entry to bars/clubs that otherwise would not admit a group of guys. Aside from that, the guide offered absolutely no value whatsoever.

Bea was warm and helpful. Was always keen to ensure that we were having a good time and carefully monitored the energy of the party.

Good fun, and easy entry into bars!

This was really the only let down of the trip. We started in a BeerKeller type place where we had bratwurst and steins served by people in lederhosen accompanied by Oompah music which was a great laugh. But once the guide turned up, when the actual bar crawl began it put a dampener on the evening. We don’t have a problem with Alex personally, but he seemed to be carrying a clipboard with directions to each bar and not really knowing anything about any of the venues. I was told over the phone before the tour started that fancy dress was not appropriate and we wouldn’t be allowed in to the bars or club at the end, so we dressed in normal going out clothes, only to see other stag groups wearing fancy dress on the tour and throughout Berlin, which was somewhat annoying. We were also asked between bars to split into smaller groups (our full group size was 13) as we may not be allowed into some of the bars in such a large group size. This begged the question, ‘if we might not be allowed into some bars as a large stag group, why were we going to these bars on a stag do bar crawl?’ In the end we weren’t feeling much enthusiasm for the guide and the tour so we stayed in the 2nd bar (3rd including the beerkeller) and carried the night on ourselves. Very disappointing.
