It was a fun day the only trouble was when the bad weather hit everything closed. Good day when it passed

Had no idea about any chilli sauce reservations? Had to wait well over 40 mins just for someone to confirm that they had received payment

Took a while to get in with the code. Thought it was going to be like revolution bar!!

Was all right, took about 30 minutes to get our tickets, thought it was another problem like Revolution

We had a fabulous time it was cancelled a few times because of COVID and chillisauce stood with us and helped thanks chillisauce

Weather put a dampener on it but thats the price you pay for staying in uk

Had a problem getting in at first, as our booking was under a name of noone that was in our party or anyone we knew it took half an hour to sort it out. We could only think it was someone from chilli sauce who had made the booking. We eventually got in and had a great time dispite the weather.

This was a struggle at first. No one seemed to know (the pleasure beach staff) of our booking reference. It took a while, the Chillisauce phone number the stag was given just rang and rang. No one got back to us all weekend. Eventually it was sorted after some pursuasion and a flash of a email via an iphone.

Going on the Friday meant it wasn't too bust and not a lot of waiting to get on rides! The passes gave you that freedom where you didn't have to worry,....was a brilliant day out!

This was a fun way to spend the day. Rides were a bit scary because of their age but that added to the fun.
