Try Clay Shooting where you’ll have 25 clays to show what you’re capable of. Unleash your inner Viking and give Axe Throwing a go. Shoot targets with a recurve bow and arrows or practice your sniping skills with an Air Rifle.

Loved it, in spite of the rain we had a great time. Clays and Axe throwing bring out the primal being and we had top fun - knowledgeable team that are great at giving instruction without patronising anyone.

The whole thing was run very well by people who were very knowledgeable. I think they could have halved the amount of time we were doing it as it became very repetitive. Just felt like they were filling time with a low cost activity.

Really good experience, the whole group enjoyed. No 5 stars just purely for the "we are here" not waiting at the bottom of the hill, could be organised just a little better. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional at the venue though couldn't fault them.

Set in 10 acres of woodland on the South Downs, this welcoming shooting ground is just 25 minutes’ drive outside of Brighton’s city centre. You’ll find friendly, fully qualified instructors for all kinds of activities including clay pigeon shooting, archery, axe throwing and air rifles. The well-equipped facilities are designed for people of all experience levels.
