Great night out to be had pretty much whatever you do. Don’t follow google maps instructions around old town - it doesn’t consider how steep the hills/stairs are. Once you’re up the hill, stay up. If you come down the hill, stay down and walk along

I have never been to Edinburgh before but it really reminds me of home. The only city I’ve been to where I would happily move and live. The people are so nice there is so much to do.

Perfect city for a weekend away, not too pricey and lots of historic/natural beauty in addition to loads of places to eat/drink.

Didn’t see a lot of edinburgh

I love Edinburgh I have been a few times before 20 years ago was the last visit I can only say that it's a much more busiest city. I went from the parliament building up to the castle walked around all the streets are taking in all the sites I can recommend for all sorts of reasons the food is excellent in the restaurants price of drinks gone through the roof all in all a very good time for everybody that was in the group.

Stunning city with class nightlife, really traversable, a billion pubs, great food. Really easy to get to from London with the fast train. Would recommend

Amazing views walks and atmosphere... the night life was good not what I expected I was expecting a busier night life but saying that it was quick to get a pint and food even on six nations night

Edinburgh is great, but can’t see exactly what Chilisauce did to basically shift us from ibis in city centre to Fawlty Towers just over a mile outside. 3 in a room, so between us paid £270 ish per night.
