Good morning. I was informed that as I was travelling to Portugal on my own, you were not prepared to provide me with a transfer. In the event I could not travel until 6 hours later. I’ve never visited Portugal previously, and with the additional COVID-19 requirements, tests and travel documentation to be informed that you decided not to provide a service I paid for was disappointing. Please provide me with a copy of the agreement where you reserve the right to do this.
