Great hotel, smack in the middle of the Broad st area which was handy, parked up did not drive anywhere apart from taxi for karting.

Fantastic hotel, perfectly located in the centre of Birmingham for all the nightlife. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't wake up in time, but those who did said it was plentiful and good quality.

very surprised by the hotel, it had a fantastic location, was easy to get to, and was of a good quality and rating as you would expect from a major chain. Breakfast was included and was top notch.

Great hotel, and by all accounts a very good deal offered by yourselves. The hotel requested a CC when we checked in (perfectly normal), HOWEVER they then charged me for 2 nights accomodation. This has now been sorted by my bank but was incredibly frustrating to do. I am having to claim back fees for having gone overdrawn. I can only assume that this happened as a result of miscommunication between yourselves and the hotel as I was careful to give the hotel my correct details when checking in. I would like your comment on this.
