Breakfast staff were great, check in was heavily over complicated and resulted in us walking in to each other’s rooms when the keys were allocated incorrectly Wouldn’t worry as it is being permanently closed at the end of the month.

Hotel was right in the centre of city Centre parking was at hotel and much to my surprise very cheap £12 from arrival 2pm Saturday to midday Sunday rooms are very comfortable and breakfast was very well presented and very nice with plenty coffee refills.

Excellent hotel convenient for centre of Birmingham activities. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were adequate. Excellent breakfast included with our stay.
