We had to pay for an early check in due to the need to change once the morning event had finished. The team on reception were great and allowed this to happen as early check in is not guarantied, something that needs to be looked at if this hotel remains on the list of options.

Great location for getting into town, very easy to get to and park at, on street parking at the weekend is free though so that should be utilised

It’s cheap for a reason. A bed, shower etc, but fundamentally pretty dirty. Fine for a stag

Lovely staff,but to isolated,bar shutting at 10pm no good for stag do..no pub near or shop.

Brilliant service! Cancelled (COVID), then reorganised, then cancelled, then reorganised; the whole time the guys at CS were really helpful and flexible. Really happy with the service. Cheers!
