This place was clean and friendly and considering there were 4 to a room it wasn't cramped, breakfast was good also

Wouldn't go there for a romantic weekend but perfect for a stag do. Decent rooms, good location and really helpful staff

Brilliant place to stay for stag weekend, 5 mins to Brighton centre and 30 seconds to Pier. Staff are young, laid back and up for a laugh. Not forgetting the club in the hotel, 8 out of 10 for music choices but great place to finish the night.

The hotel was perfect for us, the location is great, the fact there was a bar open for us late and the club inside were also excellent. I did not think much of the breakfast but having it was a bonus.

Couldn't have asked for a better location, right on the sea front in Brighton, exterior of hotel looked rather weathered but inside the public areas and the rooms were very clean and tidy.
