Loved it, in spite of the rain we had a great time. Clays and Axe throwing bring out the primal being and we had top fun - knowledgeable team that are great at giving instruction without patronising anyone.

Great morning for those that made it. Staff were great. We had extra shots because of our group shortage.

Such a great day out in a lovely location. All the staff where great fun, and friendly but always clearly knew what they where doing and made us feel safe at all times.

The whole thing was run very well by people who were very knowledgeable. I think they could have halved the amount of time we were doing it as it became very repetitive. Just felt like they were filling time with a low cost activity.

Great fun, although be advised to contact them for collection you must use a walkie talkie located on side of barn…Took a postman to advise us of this little secret! However it’s the only way to ensure pick up!

Polowood Shooting Ground

Set in 10 acres of woodland on the South Downs, this welcoming shooting ground is just 25 minutes’ drive outside of Brighton’s city centre. You’ll find friendly, fully qualified instructors for all kinds of activities including clay pigeon shooting, archery, axe throwing and air rifles. The well-equipped facilities are designed for people of all experience levels.
