Always on time, very clear with where and when they would be picking us up.
On the day of the arrival, we track group’s flight to make sure it’s on time. A guide will contact your group lead prior to arrival so group will know who’s picking them up. Guide will be waiting for the group at arrivals with a sign of the team lead’s name.
