Clean and tidy, really relaxed environment, alcohol prices are one of the highest in Edinburgh other than that can't fault the room or stay

Baths a bit small... we couldn't cool runnings in it... however will return as bar staff were excellent and choice of whisky was tip top!!

Used as a half way house but good location, good sized rooms and good breakfast just a shake about the scum that occupy some of ten rooms
