This was really good fun although Chillisauce did not make it clear that we would need to arrange our own transport which incurred an additional cost on top of what we had already paid. It's understandable not to provide transport for events in the city centre but it should be made explicitly clear that you need to make your own travel arrangements for what is a 90 minute each way journey outside the city.

The activity itself was brilliant as were the instructors, however not giving us any transport was a complete disgrace on your part and leaving it up to us to get ourselves to the site which was 2 hours ago.

A long drive from Edinburgh but a great drive through the mountains. Close to Aberfeldy distillery, so tied in well for us going there after. The two chaps looking after us couldn't have been better. Good banter and supportive (some of our group were not too strong with heights). Water was dead cold but double wet suits did the trick and added to the fun. Involved clambering up rock faces and jumping into water from large heights (for those who haven't canyoned before) so probably need a certain level of fitness
The Venue
River Tummel
This river begins its life on the Scottish windswept Moors of Rannoch near Glencoe, which is 24 miles from Ben Nevis. Being a dam-released river, it guarantees class 2-4 white water every Saturday and Sunday. A challenging river with multiple rapids such as Zig and Zag, Sharks Tooth and the huge Double Drop at the Linn of Tummel.
