Overview

In some ways, Noobai can be seen as an extension of the hillside Santa Catarina Viewpoint. But since it floats outside, and sits on top of one of the buildings on the streets below, it is very much a rooftop bar.

And not 'just' a rooftop bar, this is also a café, a tea house, a restaurant and a comfy living room just to relax. Whatever we call it, Noobai holds an indoor dining room and no less than three terraces, where you can enjoy panoramic views over the old town houses, Tagus River, the harbor and the 25th April Bridge.
