Was clean and tidy enough and very accessible to the city but for what it was, but the 4 o'clock fire alarm was very annoying and having to stand out in the cold for over and hour wasn't endearing.

Room wasn’t updated by you so I had to sleep on the floor. More of a reflection on you not booking the right room. Travelodge we’re good and gave me a mattress in the end.
