Activity was good, guides were friendly. Chill sauce provided wrong address for meeting location so we ended up starting late.

It was awesome! Great fun and a great time had by all, we could have done it all day. The instructors were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends for sure.

Very professionally run activity. Excellent staff. The only negative was the coach journey. When told it was going to be 50mins, actually turned out to be 2hrs there and 1hr45 back.

The two instructors were helpful and friendly and the session was great fun, however not the most challenging of courses and we had to miss some activities due to high water levels

Superb, couldn't have asked for a more suited activity - I came away with a huge split in my shin, one of the lads nearly died...but I wouldn't change it for the world, it was excellent!

Very cold but enjoyable instructors were really nice people and clearly very experienced
