Great facilities, rooms and cleanliness but it took a long time to check in and a couple of the rooms were not ready when we arrived.

When we got to the hotel at 5pm our rooms weren't even ready and by the time we got checked in it meant we couldn't shower and get ready before the next event at 6pm which also meant we were late getting there as well
