Event got cancelled due to prior bad weather, even though the weather on the day was fine. Apparently the supplier advised ChilliSauce the day before and I would have expected somebody to be in touch with us to arrange something else, but was not contacted by anybody or notified of the cancellation. Overall really disappointed in the service from ChilliSauce.
