Clean, tidy, friendly staff, okay location if your happy to be a bit out of town, breakfast good. Noisy if staying at the front on the building with bar and traffic noise. No air conditioning.

Excellent hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the inclusive breakfast - great location with just a 15 mins walk to the centre of town - good to see bar open to 1am at weekends

Good Breakfast, nice staff, significant level of homeless people living in hotel, intimidating at times and there was incidents of individuals trying to break in to rooms.
