Accomodation was excellent; rooms were spacious and well equipped, breakfast was all you can eat and good quality, checking in and out was quick and painless. Hotel location was superb overlooking the Gateshead Quayside minutes from all the nightlife and Newcastle Diamond strip or Gate complex. Staff were also helpful and friendly no matter what time in the morning.

Very good accommodation, perhaps should not be described as central as we had a good 1 mile walk/taxi ride everywhere from the hotel, however I liked that we were out of the centre as it was in a very chilled location with a good outdoor seating area.

The hotel night staff leave a lot to be desired. Also there was a mistake on with booking references by their group bookings team which meant we had nearly an hour delay at check in. Otherwise the hotel was clean, modern and in a good location.
