Try to give us 2 man rooms instead of 6 man rooms , that got sorted and it was ok

The hotel itself for a 3 star, was not too bad! The only negative was the room smelt of feet/damp dog! The hotel for the booking was the only thing chilli sauce managed to get done right but even then the contact numbers for the hotel and check in/out times was incorrect!

Had a nightmare getting the rooms they said we had been booked 5 2 man rooms again we had an hour wait until this was sorted

For what we needed it was perfect. Only disappointing thing was we were in a very dated room

Palm beach was great, the rooms were clean and in very good condition. Its in good walking distance from everything, beach, shops, bars and restaurants etc, customer service was exceptional and there was a great view of the pool from the balcony. I highly recommend!
