This wellness centre is located in the Hilton Hotel in the business district of Warsaw and includes everything you need for mind, body and soul. There is a state of the art gym, luxury pool, sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. The studios can be hired for group classes, there's a shop, a café to unwind in and there are even music and tv cardio connections so you can listen to your favourite tunes as you work out.
