The 3 stars are for our server he was amazing, would NOT recommend this as a venue to eat at 7pm on a Saturday, that was entirely my fault but yes super busy, a good vibe if you're wanting to party but not eat

Food was good, hot, tasty and came out at the right time.

Was really good, came in and mentioned which name we booked under, beers came to the table promptly and the burgers came out within 10-15 minutes

The menu had changed since the lockdown so everything was wrong but the bar manager was very helpful the burger was way better than we expected... Plus side for me, the rugby was playing whilst we waited for the mess up

Food was late and came 40 mins apart The staff said they had no idea we were coming And the meals we were given were not what we pre ordered

The whole experience was not OK. Chilli had sent over old menus but Yates took no responsibility we had to inform them when we were hungry and to start preparing food... We didn't get the beer with the burger we got a shot that I can only describe as lemonade, 4 people were left without food for 1 hour and it wasn't at all what we had asked for but by this point we were so hungry that we would have eaten anything. Tried to ask for assistance and no one new what was going on! The manager had a massive attitude problem and didn't want to take any responsibility she had out pre booked forms told us that they didn't do the food we had ordered but only after we had been waiting for 2 hours!! Honestly if I could give less than one star I would cause 1 is generous for the experience that we had. If you want a good night I wouldn't book this at all.

Not a bad bar at all. Paid for beer and burger, burger wasn't bad but the carlsberg we was served was so bad most couldn't drink it.
